Carol Marie (nee Kulisek) Forsythe, passed away Friday, May 2, 2025. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 7, 9:30-10:30 AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 1500 Brookdale Rd., Naperville.
